Jobe just noticed that friend Saralynn made new blog called "The Learner" and made lil Jobe a contributor. Jobe did not notice this until 7 months later. This is SAD.
Jobe would now like to compose a short ode lamenting the loss of blogs here on blogger.com that used to be filled with such interesting things, and the gain of a social networking site called FACEBOOK that has sucked the life out of all former bloggers and replaced it with crap surveys and things that have no significant meaning whatsoever. It is likely this ode will be shorter than this very paragraph.
Ode to the Blog
Dear little blogger,
How you have been shunned
In the face of the facebook
Considered number one
Oh little blogger,
You were once strong
And the thoughts that you brought me
Were meaningfully long
Sweet little blogger,
Much time has passed
How I miss what you taught me
Why could it not last?
Dear little blogger,
It is time once again
To resurface your loveliness
You are made of WIN
P.S. This ode was literally written on the spot...much improvisation, very little planning, minimal rhyming structure. Enjoy.
